Process Your Return Request

Once you receive the RMA email , please mail your garment  along with the completed RMA form back to:

• We advise selecting an insured mail service; we are not responsible for items we do not receive.
• Packages must be returned prepaid; COD packages will not be accepted.
• Unfortunately we cannot refund original or return shipping fees.
• Refunds will be issued only to the credit card originally used at the time of purchase.
• Please allow up to 4 weeks for refund to appear on your account.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks for an exchange.
